During the refurbishment of this apartment two big issues affected the whole project: the first one, very small dimensions; the second, its magnificent view over the beach. The kitchen-dining room is a good synthesis of this. All in one space, a bar separating both areas gives more space to the kitchen and adds two low cupboards. In this way, while cooking, eating or resting on the sofa, you can always enjoy the sea view.
To give a sense of greater space, minimalism and the white paint in all the rooms except for the WC, were the option. In the WC, the optimization of the space leads to an imaginative solution: to integrate the toilet in the area behind the shower screen.
